E-Waste Recycling Process

E Waste Circuit Board Recycling Plant is a kind of machine which is specially used for processing E-waste products through crushing, separation, and recycling. It is made of different units to process scrap PCB.

1 Preprocess: Separation and Dismantling

Separate different kinds of PCB according to applications. Use PCB dismantling machine to remove all kind of components.

2 Crushing Line

PCB goes into double shaft shredder (5-10cm), then hammer crusher (8-10mm), then grinder (20-24 mesh) for finer processing.

3 Separation Process

Air separator does first separation by different forces. Electrostatic separator does further separation by different charging properties.

4 Dust Collection

Pulse dust collectors collect dust during operation. Whole dust collection rate exceeds 99% for environmental protection.

5 Final Products

After complete processing, we get metal powder, resin powder, and precious metals like gold, silver, palladium and platinum.
